In our first meeting, you have the opportunity to meet and build rapport with the Mediator. We want you to ask a lot of questions about our process, legal statutes and any other questions you may have.
We will be meeting with you and your spouse together and can outline a plan for your divorce. Your plan will show you that, while the divorce process has many emotions attached to it, we can achieve resolutions quickly and economically. We will be able to educate you on how to make decisions throughout the process, so you are thinking about the long term and making good decisions for your family.
After this meeting you will have a new level of comfort regarding the mediation process and how to divorce the right way.
