Divorce Shuttle Mediation Service

This service is for individuals whose spouse is resistant in moving forward with an agreement. Our divorce shuttle mediation service includes a crafted proposal for the resistant spouse in hopes of reaching an agreement. If the spouse continues to show resistance, we will complete the necessary steps and paperwork needed to file a divorce agreement without the consent of the other party.

If you attempted to prepare your own divorce paperwork and have found the process to be more confusing than you expected, you may benefit from having us review the paperwork for you  before you file it. This review service ensures the divorce paperwork you completed is without error, that the paperwork includes all of the information necessary, and that there are no agreements within the paperwork that may cause problems later. We charge $250 for the service and if you decide you want further assistance with our other mediation services, we apply this fee to our other services.

Modification of Existing Divorce Agreement

Many couples need changes made to their divorce agreement whether it applies to parenting plans, child support, or the separation of debts and assets. Our 90-minute modification process guides the couple through the mediation to help them reach a peaceful agreement they both feel is fair.
